The Legal Services Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality legal services and
the management of the Network's legal executives and casework volunteers.
You will be responsible for assessing requests for assistance, planning the case strategy, leading the investigation and organizing case funding.
You will also assist with the recruitment of legal teams and case generation.
Cases can be generated from any source such as public media or any incident that you might be aware of in your own community.
If there is a civil or social issue that you feel strongly about and believe that legal remedy may be required, please submit it for assessment.
All case suggestions will be appraised by the network before they are accepted for further investigation, case planning or funding strategy initiated.
You report to other Network Directors as part of the Management Team, contribute to the development
and implementation of the Network's strategies, policies and practices.
The expected time commitment for this role is 4 - 6 hours weekly.
