Whether providing information and support to access already existing opportunities or by creating new ones.
Civil Law and Case work assistance
Civil injustices occur everyday. However due to the high expense and complicated processes which are involved in addressing a Civil issue or pursuing a Civil remedy, many people just suffer in silence or are left feeling completely helpless.
The Network is working to establish a Civil/Social Law practice which will be accessible to members and will provide them with any assistance needed in matters of civil cases, legal research or advice.
Wealth creation and employment projects
The projects that we implement are designed to create employment opportunities, income and social mobility for members and beneficiaries.
There are a variety of projects in development which will naturally require volunteers or paid workers to run them.
Projects may include not only opportunities to volunteer or become employed, but also to become a business owner or investor.
Socialization
STORM is also working to improve social cohesion, community interaction and socialization.
The plan is to host a range of regular events such as local shows, public meetings and media projects which members can attend to socialize, network or gain new skills.
Representation on wider issues
As stated, the organization is working to establish a Civil Law practice. This service will also seek to provide representation on wider issues such as racism, inequality and unfair treatment of people.
